Shipping Method and Information:
Orders are processed for shipment the day the payment is received. Once payment is received, items will ship within 72 hours.
The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
Note: To insure timely delivery of your item. Please make sure and provide us with a correct mailing address.
If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
We use USPS or UPS for mailing of all the products purchased through this website.
USPS/UPS does NOT deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping Definitions:
In the event – you receive a package that is defective, please contact us immediately, so we may correct the situation in a timely matter.
Package – We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items caused by USPS.
USPS/UPS Delivery Confirmation – All orders shipped, will have a delivery confirmation. This is to make sure your order has arrived safety.
Note: USPS delivery may take up to 4- 10 business days.
International delivery – All orders will ship by USPS with a tracking number. This is to make sure your order has arrived safety. International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and shipping charges.
Note: International delivery may take up to 4 – 16 business days.
Business Day – The USPS has a 6 day work week (Mon - Sat) and packages will only be delivered on these days.
Return policy:
Your Return Shipment – Must be shipped within 7 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship date”) on your invoice.
Before Returning Your Order – You must contact us FIRST immediately, if you have encountered a problem. We will inturn provide you with a return merchandise number. This is to indentify your order, when returning it to us.
Opened Items – New or Used orders can not be returned, unless DEFECTIVE. Defective item will be replaced with the same item only.NO REFUNDS.
Note: All original packaging must be included. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise – New or Used orders that were damaged by the customer and not by the seller. A refund will not be issued.
When Returning your Order – Include your original invoice and Mail it back to Margarita’s Video Store L.L.C., Attn: Returns Dept. at P.O. Box 19453, Houston, Texas 77224. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing after we have received your return.
Note: After processing, you will receive an e-mail detailing your Return information.
